- How can I buy products from your website?
You can order online. Add the products to your cart and continue paying. When registering, we will ask you a few questions regarding contact information. Make sure you chose a payment method and received a confirmation email.
You can call us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 19:00 on the phone: +995 505 05 06 09. Our call center operators will help you with the registration and purchase process.
- How can I pay for the products?
You can pay in advance at a bank or via Internet banking (after placing an order, a corresponding invoice will be generated)
- Can I buy products directly from the store?
You can choice the whole collections in our store and buy them directly from our hypermarket. Address: G.Chubinashvili str 79
- How long will it take to receive the products after ordering?
Delivery within 3-4 working days. Our delivery service works every business day. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, the items will be available on Tuesday or Wednesday.
How much does the delivery service cost?
Free delivery is available in all parts of Tbilisi if the purchase amount exceeds 800 GEL and the weight does not exceed 1 500 kg.
Delivery cost to all parts of Tbilisi is 30 GEL, if the purchase amount is less than 800 GEL and weight 0-400 kg.
Delivery to all parts of Tbilisi costs 60 GEL, if the purchase amount is less than 800 GEL, and the weight is within 401-1 500 kg.
Delivery to all parts of Tbilisi costs 75 GEL, if the weight is in the range of 1 501-2 500 kg.
Delivery to all parts of Tbilisi costs 100 GEL, if the weight is more than 2 500 kg.

- What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
Contact us by phone: +995 505 05 06 09, we will try to help you.
Please note, that you can only cancel your order on the same day, after placing order till 16:00.

If the product is not described on the site, and the photos show the wrong product, then it can be replaced or returned within 5 days.
