Refund and Returns Policy

Terms of return / exchange of goods:

Return or exchange of purchased goods is possible within 15 calendar days. The item must be “eligible for return”. In case of a return or exchange, you can contact our call center (phone: +995 505 050609). You need to provide us the identification of the returned product, order number, order date and reason for the return. Upload a photo of the goods and proof of payment and send this document to e-mail: info@axe.ge.

If we detect suspicious changes in the product and its accompanying parts / documents, the company has the right to doubt their authenticity and, therefore, to suspend the procedure for returning the product until an investigation and diagnostic work is made, which may take no more than 5 working days. After investigation and final conclusion, the company has the right to continue or cancel the procedure for the return / exchange of the product.

Return / exchange of goods must be carried out together with  the accompanying details and documents, provided during purchase (receipt of payment, warranty card).

Discounted products can not  be exchanged / returned.

The product can be returned in the following cases:

• The product does not correspond to the order or the technical description on the site;

• The product has factory defects;

• The product was damaged during transportation;

• The company exceeded the agreed delivery time for more than 2 days.

The product can be changed  according to the conditions below:

• The original packaging of the goods is not distinctively damaged.

• The product does not correspond to the order or technical specifications on the site;

• The product has factory defects;

• The product was damaged during transportation.

Compensation rules:

In case of returning the goods, the company undertakes to refund you 100% of the amount paid if:

The original packaging of the goods is not noticeably   damaged and has   all additional accompanying details and documents received upon purchase (for example : a payment document, a warranty card, etc.);

The product has a factory defect or the product does not correspond to the order and / or the technical description on the website;

The product  is damaged during delivery and is accompanied by all details and documents provided at the moment of purchase (payment document, warranty card, etc.).

Transport service compensation rules:

The company will refund the cost of the on-site delivery service, while returning / replacing products by the customer if:

The goods do not correspond to the order and / or the technical description on the website;

The product has factory defects;

Products are damaged during delivery. So , immediately after delivery, check the  goods and immediately inform the courier and the information center about defects. Otherwise, damage will not be confirmed at time of delivery;

If the company exceeded the agreed delivery time for more than 2 days.

In all other cases, the cost of delivery on site will be refounded by the customer.

Refund of other expenses:

In the case of return of goods purchased in installments, the customer, in addition to transportation costs, refunds the company’s expenses related to the approval of the loan.

Procedure of return / exchange of goods:

If a return is initiated immediately, upon delivery to the customer, the message is sent directly to the call center and the delivery representative has recieved permission to return the product;

Otherwise, the buyer can request a return of the goods within 5 calendar days from the date of receiving of the goods.

In case of a defective product with warranty, the customer must follow  the terms of the warranty.

Goods change time:

If the request for a changing product is confirmed, the company will deliver an identical product to the customer within 5 business days.

If the product is not available at the moment, the company will refund the amount paid within three business days.

If the buyer wants to replace the damaged / defective product with a similar one, unavailable at the moment, the amount will be refunded in the same order in which the payment was made:

• Transfer – transfer on bank account  (within 3 working days),

• It is also possible to place an amount on a gift card
